Vocational Training

We are dedicated to empowering vulnerable and marginalised individuals in countries facing poverty, hardship, displacement, and scarce economic opportunities. By providing vocational training programs that respond to real community needs. Currently, we have conducted extensive research to understand the challenges women face in Kabul and identify the skills most in demand, such as tailoring and handicrafts.

Our team, with deep expertise both locally and internationally, is designing a culturally sensitive, women-led training program that will provide safe and supportive learning environments. This initiative aims to equip women with skills that lead to self-employment and economic independence.

While the program is still in the planning phase, the interest and enthusiasm from women in Kabul highlight the urgent need for such opportunities. We are committed to launching the training soon and expanding it to include mentorship, business guidance, and connections to local and global markets.

Stay tuned as we work to transform this research into meaningful action — building pathways for women’s empowerment and economic resilience.
